In his ever growing commitment to  community development and progress, Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu has donated six Motorola Walkie-Talkies to Amawom Vigilante Group even as he promised to donate a Motorcycle later to assist the Group in its movement and logistics.

The donation was made when the  Chief Security officer (CSO),  of Amawom Vigilante Group,  Elder Igbokwe Onyeji led other officers of the Group on  a courtesy call on Ugwumba Ishionwu at his Country home at Amaoba-Oboro, Ikwuano LG of Abia State 



In his remarks during the visit, Elder  Onyeji explained that Ugwumba Ishionwu's name has become synonymous with development and good governance in Ikwuano and Amawom Vigilante Group being a community focused body decided to pay him a visit and interact with him on issues of mutual concerns, support and collaborations especially on matters of security.

"Ugwumba Chika, we decided to pay you this courtesy visit in appreciation of your  passion about security and your concerns for well being of the people of Ikwuano remains outstanding. We hope this visit will foster beneficial relationship between us", Elder Onyeije said during the visit 

Ugwumba  Ishionwu in his response,  thanked the leadership of Amawom Vigilante Group for the visit describing it as an honour by the Group who took out time despite their busy schedule to make the visit He  reiterated that he will continue to support all development focused individuals and associations 

He further remarked that in order to enhance the work of the Group he is presenting  six radio message equipment (Walkie-Talkies)  to them and  also promised to donate a brand new Motorcycle to the group later 

The secretary of Amawom Vigilante Group, Prince Enyinnaya Louis offered a vote of thanks and prayed for God's protection, promotion for Ugwumba Ishionwu.
